01 — About

Part strategist, part operator, all systems thinker.

I'm Kevin Kyser, a RevOps strategist and GTM operator based in Appleton, Wisconsin. For more than a decade I've helped B2B companies turn disconnected tools, messy data, and manual handoffs into a revenue engine they can trust. I love this work because the problems are rarely just technical. They're about getting marketing, sales, and customer success to finally row in the same direction.

That's the thinking behind Aspect Marketing, the HubSpot and RevOps agency I founded. I partner with SaaS and service companies that have outgrown their CRM, where the tools were supposed to make things easier but somehow everything still lives in someone's spreadsheet. My job is to bring order to that: one clean system, one source of truth, and a team that actually enjoys using it.

Whether I'm architecting a HubSpot portal, untangling lifecycle stages, or wiring up AI-assisted GTM workflows, the goal never changes. Clean data, clear reporting, and pipeline you can predict. No guesswork, no dashboards nobody believes.

06 — FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who do you work with? +
B2B SaaS and service companies — roughly 20–200 employees and $5M–$50M ARR — that have outgrown their CRM and are leaking pipeline to disconnected systems and manual handoffs.
Do I need to be on HubSpot already? +
No. I onboard teams onto HubSpot from scratch, and I rebuild messy portals for teams already on it.
How fast can we start? +
Audits typically kick off within 1–2 weeks. Build and retainer timelines depend on scope — book a call and we'll map it out together.
What makes Aspect different? +
I'm an operator, not a vendor. Most clients come by referral, and I'd rather do great work for the right teams than chase volume. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you upfront.
Do you offer ongoing support? +
Yes — RevOps-as-a-Service is a monthly retainer that acts as your in-house RevOps team: reporting, automations, lifecycle, integrations, and quarterly business reviews.
